Dimension And Application Library gives Http transport error: java.xml.soap.SOAPException in 11.1.2.3

Hi Readers,

I am getting error 'Http transport error: java.xml.soap.SOAPException ' while opening Dimension Library or Application Library in Hyperion Workspace. Below is the screenshot of the error and possible fixes of this error.

Error Screen:

I checked the services and found that EPMA server Service was down . I tried started and gives issue at the start up.

I checked DimensionServerStartup Log and found that I did not run pre-requsitite SQL Statements  Allow_Snapshot_isolation ON  and Read_committed_Snapshot ON the Databases. I ran these and able to Start the EPMA server Service. Refer below screen:

Still I am getting same SOAP Exception Error and found more details in the Event Viewer Log file. 

To fix this, Please execute below steps. (re-register the correct version of ASP.NET)

Hyperion EPMA Server service on Local Computer started and then stopped

Hi Readers,

I was not able to login to EPM workspace and EAS console. I am getting below error message while logging to workspace.

I verified the services and saw EPMA server is not UP. I tried to restart EPMA service and it gives me below error.

I restarted all the services but issue remains same. Then I checked log files and I saw that SQL account was locked.

FYI, Log location and saw error details in registry.log. Please refer below screen.

I unlocked the account and start the service. It again did not start.
Then I checked other Hyperion SQL accounts and found that all were locked. I unlocked them all and restarted all the services.

Now I don't see any issues.
